Well Being Group

Explore over several Tuesday mornings  how to maintain positive well being in the midst of our busy lives.  Based on the Kintsugi Hope framework, the course includes group and individual activities designed to help us accept ourselves, to understand our value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future.  Due to lockdown, we will be running this support group on line during January and February.  More details from Dave or Cath.
